Eligibility criteria:
- 25 years or older.
- Suffering from a chronic condition – i.e. illness present for more than 3 months.
- Medication prescribed for your current chronic condition has been unsuccessful or
produced unwanted side effects. - Not currently pregnant nor breast feeding.
- Do NOT have any of the following medical conditions: Abnormal Heart Rhythm, Cardiopulmonary or Heart Disease, Liver Disease, a known or suspected history of Schizophrenia or Bipolar mental disorder.
- You are not being prescribed medical cannabis elsewhere or if you are, you are willing to seek a discharge letter from your current prescriber.
- You acknowledge that there are driving restrictions when consuming products that contain Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)
ADHD Medication Management

Titration Support (Short appt telephone)
Eligibility criteria:
- South Australian based adult residents (18 years and over) diagnosed by a South Australian Psychiatrist.
- Currently not being prescribed ADHD medication elsewhere.
- Letter from your GP with attached Psychiatrist letter showing formal ADHA diagnosis. Please note prior pathology results only acceptable if done within the last 3 months.
- Letter from Cardiologist (with formal approval for using stimulants) if you have a history of any heart condition including POTS.
- Letter from Neurologist (with formal approval for using cannabis) if you have a history of epilepsy.
- Monthly F2F follow up for first 3 months, then 3 monthly thereafter.
