How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website or contact our reception team by phone. We offer standard, long, and same-day appointments depending on availability and the nature of your visit.

Do you bulk bill?

Reynella Family Care is a mixed billing clinic. However, we bulk bill eligible patients who are registered with us under MyMedicare. This includes:
  • Children aged 15 and under
  • Pensioners aged 67+
  • DVA Gold Card holders
  • Patients with Chronic Condition Management plans or health assessments
  • Immunisations included in the National Immunisation Program
Concession card holders aged 16–66 are charged a reduced gap fee.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your Medicare card, any relevant concession cards, your current medications or list of medications, and any referrals or test results you have received.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, we reserve some same-day appointments for urgent or time-sensitive concerns. Please contact our reception team early in the day to enquire about availability.

How do I get my test results?

Reynella Family Care has a robust follow-up system. We will be in touch with you if any follow-up is required from your test results. If you would like to discuss your results with your GP or would like a copy of your results, please make an appointment either face to face or via telehealth. Your test results are reviewed by your GP or Nurse Practitioner as they are received. We encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your results.

Your results are available for your access through your My Health record’ LINK: https://www.digitalhealth.gov.au/initiatives-and-programs/my-health-record/

Can I get a repeat prescription or referral without an appointment?

Repeat scripts and referrals usually require a consultation with your GP to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing. Some exceptions may apply depending on your medical history and GP discretion. Please contact reception to discuss your request.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $75 fee. Outstanding fees must be settled before future appointments can be booked.
