Reynella Family Care is a locally GP owned and operated general practice located in the heart of Old Reynella, South Australia. For over a decade, we’ve delivered compassionate, personalised healthcare to individuals and families across the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
We are an AGPAL-accredited clinic with a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals who value long-term relationships, continuity of care, and supporting the health of our entire community, one family at a time.

Founded by a group of like-minded GPs with a vision for more personal and community-focused healthcare, Reynella Family Care has grown into a multidisciplinary team that puts connection
at the centre of everything we do.
We take the time to listen, to understand, and to provide care that’s thoughtful and tailored to your needs. Our team works collaboratively across disciplines to ensure patients receive consistent, evidence-based care in a warm and respectful environment. We’re also proud to support the future of general practice through ongoing involvement in nursing students and add GP to registrar training.

Patient Complaints

We are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring all patients are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or experience at our practice, we encourage you to raise your concerns so we can respond promptly and appropriately.

In the first instance, we recommend speaking directly with your treating doctor or a member of our reception team. You may also request to speak with the Practice Manager, who will assist in reviewing and resolving your concern.

If you feel your complaint has not been resolved, or you would prefer to raise it externally, you may contact the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC), an independent organisation that handles complaints about health service providers in South Australia.

All complaints are treated confidentially and respectfully. Raising a concern will not affect your ongoing care. We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our services and patient experience.
