Steven Plowright is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). He holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and has extensive experience across private practice, health and wellness centres, children’s health, and strength and conditioning environments.
Steven has a strong interest in active ageing, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic disease management. He also works with children and adolescents, supporting their motor development, coordination, and confidence through engaging, goal-oriented exercise programs.
His approach focuses on functional movement, education, and long-term health outcomes. Steven is passionate about empowering clients of all ages to take an active role in their recovery and helping them build confidence and independence in everyday activities.
